How do I reserve a transfer or tour?

Scheduling a transfer or tour is easy.  You may call our offices at +52 (999) 9380036 (Toll Free Number coming soon) from the hours of 9am to 5pm Central Standard Time. Or you way reserve via email (info@meridatours.com.mx) and one of our sales agents will reply in less than 24 hours to your request. Please provide details about the transfer to speed up the process. Tours and other services can also be scheduled this way.

How do I pay?
 

Once you have scheduled a service and you have received your final quote, your sales agent will send you a PayPal invoice & payment form. There you can pay with any major credit card or bank account, easily like online shopping. You do not need a PayPal account to process payment. For those residing in Mexico payment can made via wire transfer directly to our bank account. Information sent at time of confirmation.

Is it safe to pay by Credit Card?
 

Yes. Payment is made directly through PayPal’s secure servers who PayPal adhere to international PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) standards for data protection. We do not personally handle your credit card information and all payments are 100% secure.

What areas does Merida Tours operate in?

Merida Tours services the entire Yucatan Peninsula. Mainly the states of Yucatan, Campeche, and Quintana Roo. You may request a service in any area of these states. For additional information please do not hesitate to contact us at info@meridatours.com.mx

What are the advantages of a private transfer or tour?


Private transfers are the most convenient, flexible and enjoyable method of traveling through Mexico. No Car Rentals Fees. Parking Fees. Gas to worry about, or which roads to take! Our Federally licensed drivers will drive you to your destination of choice in a professional, effective and timely manner.

How do we identify our driver or guide?​ Where do we meet?

Your driver/guide will wear a Merida Tours uniform. When arriving at Merida International Airport you can identify your driver holding a Merida Tours sign with you last name clearly printed on it. He will present himself and escort you to your vehicle. For those starting your services at a hotel. The meeting point is always at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time set at the time of your reservation.

Does the driver/guide speak English? Spanish?

Language preference can be selected at the moment of reservation. All of our guides and drivers speak Spanish and English. French & German speaking guides are also available at an additional charge.​

How do i get a quote for custom tours?

 For any custom service or special request one for our sales agents can assist you by emailing us at info@meridatours.com.mx or by telephone  at +52 (999) 938 0036 Monday through Saturday 9am to 5pm Central Standard Time (CST).

Is it safe?

Our services are both secure and insured. All of our drivers and guides are federally licensed and undergo a thorough background check to ensure that all of our clients are in good hands.

How many people fit in each vehicle?

Maximum occupancy depends on the type of vehicle you select. Details of all our cars, vans and buses can be found on our vehicles page.  If you are interested in a vehicle not listed on our website please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to obtain it.
